Our Community Development Services (CDS) are distinct habilitative services, separate from residential services, which help participants develop and maintain skills related to community membership through engagement in community-based activities alongside people without disabilities. CDS can be provided in various community settings to support participants in gaining, retaining, or advancing competitive integrated employment opportunities. Participants are offered opportunities to learn socially acceptable behavior and self-advocacy skills, with personal care assistance available during community activities as needed, without being the primary or sole service provided.
